I was bored out of my mind and just got in the car to do something and I ended up at Greenbottom and then to Huntington and waited for the sun to set. You can check out the images I have put up @ http://picasaweb.google.com/Kestrel139/HuntingtonAtNight#
I hope you enjoy

I like the upper one the best (the old house). The window and the sky strikes me as being the most important aspects of the photo and it works well to set the mood. The lamppost doesn't go well with the subject to me (although there is sort of a juxtaposition thing going on with it). I would consider taking it out. The other issue, which I admit is highly personal, is getting all the lines straight. The main line (in the center and belonging to the tower) looks straight enough to the eye, but the line to the tower's right and the left side of the porch shows what I would call come keystoning and might be easy to correct. If that worked out fine, I'd try an 8x10 crop to see what it loooked like (loose some of the bottom). Then, how would a b&w work with this one?

Overall, it has a great mood to it and I'd like to see it bigger on the screen, I think it'd show very well. The technical issues aren't deal breakers but might be a couple things that would polish the image a bit. It's an image easy to critique because I wish I had taken it myself, that always makes it easier to say something.
