I shot this image out the front windshield of my car with a 100-400 canon lens with a 50D while I was driving to catch a sunset. Loved the color and mood of the scence.
As they say on TV, don't try this at home, I am an expert at this type of shooting.

Guess you could balance the lens on the dash and stirring wheel! Glad you were safe.
